Ran, walked with Shawne, and came home and made buttermilk pancakes,bacon,sausage and fruit for everyone! Cammy and Jake's extended visit made it seem like a holiday and we sat a long time and
just watched old movies and laughed. Cammy,Danny and I walked downtown while the rest of the gang ran. We all met up for breadstore samples and Jacks icecream. We walked the tridge, and stopped by the new running store for a foot analysis and new shoes for Jake. I hope he likes them! When we got home, I managed to get Jake alone in the basement, and we both had a chance to talk to each other and work on changing our actions. Pure relief to have that page turned..I hope it will not be too much for them.
