What were we thinking?! The girls were being picked up early to head down to Indiana for a lake cottage party at their friends house, so Jerry and I were up too. After waving them off, we thought why not work on the garage a bit. Oh my! Not only are there shelves on which we stacked stuff from FT 3 years ago and have never opened up the boxes, but it was HOT AND DIRTY! and did I mention hot?! We did throw out alot though, so that was good. Jerry taught Danny how to mow the lawn(only the flat parts) and he did great! Jer is super happy about that!! We got Ryan from 12:30-4:30 and squeezed in a short bike ride and lots of fun! Went to 5pm Mass with Father Mark, and had the joy of being inspired. I will definitely visit the Eucharistic chapel this week and say "Speak Lord, your servant is listening" and try to really HEAR this week. Jerry and Danny ended the evening with LOTR-return of the King, and me...well Curb Appeal The Block- honey!!
