I got some pictures from Jake's mother-in-law of Halloween on the base. The family went to a party one night and trick or treating in the officers neighborhood on base on 10/31. I thought I would share the pictures with you! My poor sister is still waiting to have Halloween in Parsippany, NJ. :(
